Automatic Separator and Recoiler

To set the separator holder location of the Separator for Recoiler, AC servo motor and a special pusher finger is used to automatically set the location. By inflating its own shaft of the holder which is either an air shaft or a hydraulic shaft, the separator holder is fixed.

Auto Blade Changer

Slitter blades and spacers are being automatically assembled and automatically returned to its racks by 4 robots.

Slitter for Automatic Blade Changer

Slitter structure is design to let its operation side stand to traverse sideway to allow the docking of the dummy arbor. Arbor shaft is equipped with a pusher device, by using an AC servo motor as its drive, the pusher transfer the blade assembly to the dummy arbor. Using a star clamp device, the blade and spacer assembly is being fix. Through push button operation, clamping and unclamping is done.

No.1 & No.2 Separator

The Separator's before the Tension device will also automatically set up its separator holder by using an AC servo motor as its drive and a special pusher finger after receiving its related setting information datas. By inflating its own shaft of the holder which is either an air shaft or a hydraulic shaft, the separator holder is fixed.
